What WA83 is
WA83 is an anonymous review platform for small businesses in Kuwait. It allows anyone to submit an honest, experience-based review of a local business without creating an account or revealing their identity.
User responsibility
By submitting a review, you confirm that: • Your review is based on a real, personal experience with the business. • Your review does not contain false statements presented as facts. • Your review does not include personal information about business owners or employees (names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.). • Your review is not motivated by malice, a personal dispute unrelated to the business, or a competitive interest. • Your review does not violate any applicable laws, including defamation laws under Kuwaiti jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. WA83 does not verify the accuracy of reviews but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Moderation
WA83 manually reviews every submission before publishing. We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any review for any reason, at any time, without notice.
No guarantee of publication
Submitting a review does not guarantee it will be published. Reviews may be rejected if they violate these terms, are unclear, contain insufficient detail, or are otherwise unsuitable for publication at our sole discretion.
Takedown policy
Business owners who believe a published review is false, defamatory, or otherwise violates these terms may submit a takedown request by emailing fawazalhubail@gmail.com with the following: • The name of the business in question • A description of the review you are disputing • The reason you believe it violates these terms WA83 will review all takedown requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. We are not obligated to remove content that, in our judgment, complies with these terms.
No liability
WA83 is a platform that hosts user-generated content. We are not the author of individual reviews and are not responsible for their accuracy, fairness, or legality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA83 and its operator disclaim all liability arising from the content of published reviews.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date below when material changes are made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
